Price is Per person - there is NO ADDITIONAL VAT
The minimum number catered for is 40 although smaller amounts can be catered for an additional surcharge provided on request.
We take pride in the way prepare and cook our pork BBQ. The pork is marinated for 36 hours in a specially prepared marinade.
The pork is then cooked on a specialist charcoal rotisserie in your garden in front of your guests.
If you have a preference for a particular marinade we will be only too pleased to prepare it for you. Portion sizes.
Portion sizes are generous and leave nobody wanting. As a rough measure they are about 400gr per person. There is always enough for some second helpings.
